Accossato Radial master cylinder

Spoke with Mark (Sanddune51) last week and he sang the praises of radial front master cylinders.
Looking at Ebay item no. 261237454685;
Accossato Radial Brake Master Cylinder 19 x 18 with span adjustable lever (£179).
Can anyone explaine the 19x20, 19x18, 16x16, 16x18 spec and how do I choose the correct option for Blue spots? Assume it is something to do with piston area ratios and hence power/feel.
Any feedback good or bad on the Accossato brand and general radial benefits would help me decide whether to go for one.
Not one for bling just for the sake of it and no complaints about my current R6 m/cylinder, blue spots + goodridge, Brembo SC pads and 320mm Galfer discs but if it really will stop even quicker I'm interested.
