If you are talking track day use then I'm assuming they will noise test according to race regs - which in the UK (for twins) is at 5000rpm at a set distance. In which case 92db is whisper quiet. Can you maybe modify a standard can to fit?

92 dB whisper you say?
On Assen the restriction is 88 dB.

I've only known the noise test to be taken at an rpm dependant on the engine's stroke.

In Sweden they have a mic at the straight measuring drive by...of cource one could go by in idle but....how fun is that!?
But idea of altering a standard is good!

Although the standard can weighs about 1200kg.
You could fill it with Helium!
