hi guys. used the search but couldn't find any topics on this.
any rear-mounted grab bars (say, VFR800 stylee) available for the TRX?
the sort of side-mounted ones are the most visually inoffensive, so something like that would be great.
it looks like you'd have to hack at the plastics to get them to fit, but i'm open to suggestions (although i'd like to preserve the overall look of the rear section if possible).
i guess what i'm really asking is that if anyone else has done a similar modification.

Re: pillion bars/grab rail
Check out my bike in Members Rides section.
I have a grabrail by renntec. Only company I know that does one. Also do one with a small rack extension on the back of it.
Think they are still available new, or put up a Wanted post on here.

My Trx has the same grab handles, also kmh speedo (with smaller mph inside) so i guess its an import? Am i right in believing quite a few were parallel imports, mine's a 98 R plate.

Renntec also do a very useful pillion grab rail combined with a luggage rack.gereen50 wrote:I hope this is helpful....http://www.ebay.ie/itm/390356431329?ssP ... 1423.l2649....
