I think having the facts in black and white will help dispell a number of myths about the Over bike:

1 - it wasn't that powerful. 115 ps (or 113bhp) at the gearbox equates to (being generous) no more than 105 at the wheel.

2 - the 6 speed box wasn't a drop in YZF item

3 - it wasn't that light. 165kg dry is probably nearer 180kg ready to go (factoring in 10l fuel, 4l oil and 1.5 coolant)

It was still a thing of beauty though and perhaps the 2nd most ridiculous project embraked on by Over (google the Over MT01 if you want to see teh first!)

Regarding the bigger valves on OVER bike - does anybody know, if they use valves especially made for this bike, or they used valves from another bike, that are similar ?

Also the camshaft with profile from racing TDM is mentioned - Is the KENT cam similar profile ?

The valves were specials Over had made I believe, there are no oversized, off the shelf valves available for the TRX that I know of tesa.
The Over camshaft profiles were also their own too I believe.
The kent cams are quite a reserved profile, the TRX could run more lift and duration but they are a good compromise from outright full race and street.
Both oversized valves and camshafts can be made for you, but they`ll be expensive, the cost is what puts most folk off.

Kent cams focus in midrange which is exactly what you want for a street bike (especially a twin).

V2 cams focused on top end gains (like over)
