Powerbronze Flip Up Screen

Anybody ever tried one of those Powerbronze flip up wind screens?
Seems like it might make the bike more comfortable on the highways.
And now with winter setting in here in Japan, it might keep me a bit warmer too.

I went for a double bubble...mostly because i think the flip are fugly!
The DB was much better than standard...but i guess you get even more wind out of the way with that choice....

Yeah, I thought I'd try one. It did the job up to a point, but I still found my head getting buffeted around at motorway speed. And as Killer says
It is a bit fugly.
I'm back to a standard screen now but would like a double-bubble as some time.

Personally I'd never buy anything powerbronze again.

I have a locally made flip up and get the occassional bug and rain coming up under the helmet due to turbulence. OK otherwise @ 5'8"

I rode my mates TRX with a flip screen and to be honest i prefer the Double Bubble and it looks better in my opionion anyway for what it's worth.

I bought a powerbronze hugger for my bandit 6. It was poorly finished, and didn't fit without modification. These things are fundamental especially for bikes as common as a bandit. Friends of mine who've purchased powerbronze products have all been similarly dissapointed. In the most part there are other sources that produce better products, maybe slightly more expensive but if you have to do half the job yourself anyway, you might be better off paying a bit more for something that's better made.
If there's no other source then you have only one solution I guess. I can't believe that there is really only one source.
