ZX10R Shocker

It was mentioned in the latest Practical Sportbikes that a ZX10R Shocker will fit a YZF 750 so there for should fit a TRX but dosent say what year the ZX10R shocker was from, Any Idea`s?

I think it's 04-08, but don't quote me on that. This is why I'm not doing R6 adapters any more.
edit- and I think the ZX10R shock is 350mm long.

My 2009 R6 shock seems to work a real treat with my 67 kilos...cant see the need myself to put a non yamaha item into the machine...
The ZX10 shock seems to have to be FITTED into the YZF rear swing as my R6 item did as well.......coupled with Kaylas extension, its a sweet deal and im.. ALL.. Yamaha .
I like the look of the shock extension too, looks special.

Ahhhh stuff it, I'm gonna save up and buy a Nitron shock and be done with it.........

I took it people put YZF 750 shocks into there TRX`s with the standard swingarm, so therefor a ZX10R shocker would fit to?

the std swinger has mucho roomo for shockos.
yzf isa not so good.

I got the article from PS here at home and apparently it's a ZX10R 2006 shock that the guy had built in. I'm quite interested to make the same mod but for practical reasons it's not on my current agenda

People are fitting them to allsorts of bikes so the price has gone up from about £50 to about £100.

Need to make enquiries to the zx10 shocks design properties..Ie..the zx10 weight , travel length by swing arm length....fully adjustable anyway...
Be probably good to most bikes ...what would the zx bike weigh compared to a trx..?...plus or minus the riders weight...
A zx10 might suit a heavier rider or two up.

I bet a ZX10R isnt much heavyer than a TRX if not lighter.
