I quite like this look and it does give the opportunity for fitting underseat exhausts.

So you can gain a lot on an R1 or 1198 with a short system then?

Dunno, but those bikes are designed to use underseat exhausts, the TRX isn't.

if a ducati trellis frame is successful with a SSSA.. wouldnt a similar trellis frame.[trx]..and a ducati SSSA be a happening thing...> :roll:gotta say,fitting a SSSA from say the honda vfr 800 [seems to be the type most used in the past]--would be quite easy...Annyyyway..maybe i should buy a puppy instead. :), and then id buy another one...and then put them side by side...and THEN put a bottle of beer between them...mmmmmm--i like puppys...

most SSSA images have the right side shown...i am not sure this left side photo would keep me happy long term..a bit ugly
