Sorry to those of you that asked me for the measurements. I have been slow getting around to posting... I built this from scratch, with the bike there and just played around with it till I thought it would work. And it did.
It is about 380mm from the ground to the lift point.
355mm width between centers.
I made it out of 19mm diameter 3mm wall thickness steel tubing because it is what I had available at the time. This stuff is STRONG and I haven't had any problems with bending. Downside, it's a heavy bugger.
The shaft is 9mm stainless steel rod. The length of the handle is approximately 800mm from the wheels which when used on the front of the bike is sufficient leverage for lifting it. It is however still a heavy lift so you might want to add more length to the lever or make a slip on extension of some sort.
These measurements allow you to lift the front of the bike through the front spindle or unused engine mount and also the rear of the bike through the spindle. I use it in combination with my old rear stand that I also added wheels to.
