I've looked in "search, can't find the awswer................ Can either a YZF750 or 750R swingarm fit straight into a TRX?

Yes, straight in but it's wider at the wheel end so if you're using the TRX wheel you'll need new spacers n stuff.

Straight in but you´ll have to either customize spacers....offset sprocket or take down the sprocket carrier to line up with the front sprocket....

Thanks - So there's no difference in fitting the "R" or standard YZF750 one then? anyone know what the physical differences between the arms are?

Do you mean the 'SP' rather than 'R'? I think they're the same- it was only the works arms that were braced.

Note dimensions are not guaranteed as they have been submitted by various different people. Also note YZF dimensions at point A are said to be 256mm "without" end caps so I'm guessing "with" would take it up to 262mm as per TRX.

Not trying to dig up an old post, but this link is no longer active. Does anyone know where I could find the info again, or was someone really smart and copy this info before they removed it??

i noticed that on fitting my YZF 750 rear swing arm , point A [the pivot diameter into the yolk] had the similar bearing end seals as the trx AND,..a spacer washer each end too.[which the trx didnt have]..as it came off the yzf ..it fitted into the trx ..yzf pivot bolt is needed as well from memory
a trx rear caliper can be retained, but a yzf carrier bracket is needed
rear disc is trx same as is the torque arm..
trx sprocket is turned over or inverted to have a three mm to line up with the drive sprocket.
a split link chain to pass through the reinforced part of the swing and trim a section of the upper reinforcing plate to allow an r6 shock to be fitted.
