Undertray.....so you know....
As i could get hold of a cheap FZR600 undertray i thought i´d try it.
IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE!!
Ok, i have to admit...it can fit better. I´m going to shorten it in the rear so it goes just like the fairings. The mastermade red arrow will explain hopefully! ....and never mind the paint....

I said fekk it and installed it even if clearcoat was not dry so it looks like shit....billy budge wrote:

The spray used must have reacted with the clearcoat somehow....everything must be redone

Might not work with plastics. I use to dry painting jobs in the baking oven (30 Min.)Killerwhale wrote:I said fekk it and installed it even if clearcoat was not dry so it looks like shit....billy budge wrote:

50-60°C work quite well. Tried 130° too, but surface not convincing.
(My profile is still as stock as my Trixie is, this might change)
