Haven't tried them myself but a recent article in one of the local mags reckon they are good up to 8/10ths riding but struggle at 10/10ths.

Maxxis have a great reputation in the Supermoto world but I didn't know they were trying to get into mainstream biking. (They also make budget car tyres.)

I hate to say this but they will be cheap for a reason. Either they will not provide the expected levels of grip (very likley) or they will not last very long - or worse, both!

I personally wouldn't.

The rear one i had was ok grip wise.unless you ride like rossi you would`nt out-ride the grip level. But ,to be honest, you can get a lot more tyre for not a lot more money...stick to the tried and tested!
