Rim panting and new Belly pan.

Well I have finished the minor change of painting of the rims and adding a colour matched Belly pan.
For those Aussies. It is a pellypan made and supplied by Show & Go. I don't think it is the best I have seen but, mate it's ok.
Too expensive and poorly finished. $250 landed at home with a piece of glass that has to be finished, and no fitting hardware. Forgetting the cost of the paint it probably owes me $290 cash and about 10 hours labour to finish the moulding, paint and make brackets / mounting hardware etc. Fair enough, I wasted time braking bloody drills and taps making threads for the front mount, but still.
I do like the fact that it is higher than some and maintains the bikes ground clearance.
These first two photos are with and without. I think I like the with better. I can't entirely make up my mind about the colour. the metallic is really spectacular in the flesh but I can't help thinking it might be better red?
