The Husqvarna Nuda R has a guaranteed 100 something horses.
Sure the output shaft is on the left, but maybe turn the rear wheel over.

Maybe I should look into the trx/vfr800 hybrid. 120bhp would be a lovely power figure for the road. I wonder how heavy the very engine and swingarm is.
can;t be heavier than the TRX lump, bloody heaviest thing i;ve ever tried to lift. Personally if i was going for a special with a VFR800 lump i'd stick it in an early VFR750 frame & build a 6X replica as ridden by Wayne Gardner, Joey Dunlop, Fred Merkel etc or Wayne Raineys wide bar AMA superbike, seriously cool with great sound

Theres always Yammie's V4... the VMax, you might actually build the first VMax that goes around corners. :)

Oh I know a few that do, Metmachex swingarm`s and R1 front ends in slab yokes help obviously, as does modding the rake at the headstock.

Always raining on my parade, with your knowledge and all... :D

I can imagine a 'worked' VMax could be a monster of a bike, I actually like the BT1100, despite it being slated by every motorcycle journalist when it was released. Stock they do not handle well, great as a cruiser which is what it is and ok at speed in a straight line but add a gentle curve and you'll eat the saddle.

I was looking at a VMax at the weekend.
If you think the TRX lump is heavy I shudder to think what the VBmax setup will weigh!

I think thats too much power for the bike, I would rather have a nice 110bhp and a lighter weight.

Agreed, 110 bhp and 100 kg would be nice.
