What size is yzf750 rear axle nut ?

Hi I am in the process of fitting a yzf750 swing arm and wheel ..what I need to know is what size is the yzf 750 rear axle nut ?
not the spanner size but the thread and pitch ..I thought it was a m24 x 1.5 but I m have tried this and it don't fit ..I think the size is slightly bigger than 24mm but don't seem to be able to find one..any info would be great thanks.
