Projection Components Quad Length Jack up Links

I'm in the process of fitting a set of these links and as the name suggests they give 4 height increase options. The instructions simply show you the 4 options from minimum to maximum height increase but don't state the actual change in terms of mm's of lift - does anyone know what this is? Otherwise, can anyone tell me the effect on ride height based on say a 5mm reduction in link length? Any advice much appreciated.
