New Adventure TRX build

Well folks. I've had my beloved TRX850 for about 4 years now. At one point was very close to doing a r1 front end upgrade on it but didn't go down that route. Now I find myself using it more for trips and bigger touring trips and camping. Instead of buying some boring old adventure bike(which is all I'll be able to afford) I figure it'll be more fun to mod my beloved TRX to suit my current lifestyle. I don't want to change the look too much and don't want to ruin the frame. So everything should be reversible. Got myself a WR450 front end and a second Trx stem. So far that's the plan and will work the rest out as I go.
Bit worried about little things like side stand, riding position, rear ride height and bigger issues like front brake power. Wait and see. Unlike the alternatives, It'll be a badass sounding tourer!

Fook a rook, all that behind the centre line of the rear wheel. I bet it goes light at the front eh?

A fella locally here in Oz bought a trx that had been modded as an adventure bike with a DR front end.
He bought it cheap as the original owner/ modifier couldn't get it to run properly hence why he sold it cheap. Turned out it was just float heights due to the longer front end so something to be mindful of.
I thought it was a cloths line hanging off the back of the bike ...

Not any more weight or any further back then would be on a normal Ventura rack. Might be light once I raise the front though.
Yeah Cobba, read about that other guys one. Will learn from that one.

I could... There's one on eBay that has almost double the K's as mine and is $1500 more then I paid for mine 4years ago. Would rather keep what I know and have some fun making a sick desert sled for less cost!

Here's another example.
The owner calls himself "TRX from Mars" on a dutch forum. Sounds quite appropriate.

Yeah the red one had some good shock lessons to learn from. But he used old forks and random tank parts that I wasn't loving. The Dutch one looked pretty Darth Vaderish, more machine than TRX man anymore. Both don't seem actually practical as an adventure bike. More enduro/motard. But good to get some inspiration from. Was hoping for something less butchered more similar to this guys concept that I can't find the conclusion for:

Although I'd be using the whole Trx not just the engine.
