Trx racer, next evolution
The trx is ready to go for another year of racing, I will try and post some more videos up this year. The trx obsession is at its final stage, and a fare few more mods have been completed. the only thing left to do is fit a wider rear wheel, to run different slicks. But maybe not this year.
Note the dyno run was on a dyno dynamics unit, most will know if it was dynajet dyno it would have read around the 110hp mark. I do not have a torque read out, but I would like to give it a run on another dyno just for comparison. I will run it a bit richer just to be safe, 158 mains to 160. So may loose a horsepower or two.

Looking good Adrian,
Best of luck on your first meeting mate.
You'll leave a number of riders from last season scratching their heads going where the &$@k did he come from

Very nicely done.
May I ask where you sourced the carbon fibre engine case protection?
I'm considering entering my track bike in a race or two and engine protection has me a bit stumped.
Cheers

Great looking belly pan too, just wondering if it would accomidate an Akra system???
They are a little offset and staggered so may have 1 header riding lower than the other. I'll have to check again once the motors back in the frame so a little different to the Projection Components 2-1 you had fitted last season Adrian.

Thanks guys, (excalibre) the clutch cover one I made my self, the kevlar ones a nice guy from my club made them for me, after my crash last year demolished the one I made, and the stator cover. I can se if he is interested in making more, as he still has the moulds, but I don't know I can just ask and let you know. Otherwise most fibre glassing joints should be able to make moulds out of your cases, and make covers out of kevlar.
Cobba, with some cutting I think you will have no drama's with the belly pan. From last year I had to trim a bit off , for the headers of the over system. Also trimmed where the exhaust leaves the belly, one side more than the other also. But with trimming and re-shaping, any exhaust will fit I think , just how much needs to be trimmed is the question, but i would not worry .Plenty of room underneath.

I must add also the belly pan need to be raised a fare bit, by modifying the bracket it comes with. As it was, it would hit even going up the driveway kerb. Even now it will still scub on some corners at full angle. From the pictures you can probably see where it scubs on the red. Because of this it needs more trimming of coarse

Re: Trx racer, next evolution
Went really good round 1, Went in both classes and in formula one I got third for the day, and in saying that up front was a race kitted ow01 fzr750, and cbr900, zxr750 ect. first race in f1 was the best. Formula two I missed out on first for the day by 9 100th of a second in the last race, but that's racing and all the fun. The bike was bloody moving so much more than last year, the tyres working a whole lot more. The rear leaving little mr squiggles, and the front getting light in second gear out of the hairpin.
The on board video is f1 race1, and the other is f2 race 1, taken by a guy from the club. He caught the crash behind me which was scary to watch as it was almost a simonchelli moment. Someone has a blown up version it, it was close.
Cheers guys hope you enjoy.

Re: Trx racer, next evolution
Second round was a challenge, started very wet but the bike performed very well. Qualified second on the grid, then the sun came out and dried the track quickly, but first race I choose not to go to slicks as I did not have time, and destroyed the rear wet. That was a bloody struggle just to get the thing to turn! like riding on marbles. Got the slicks on, second race better fought back a little, but the bike had a problem and wasn't running right. Somehow finished second for class in the last race, and third on points for the day. Please see tech/problems for the issue I had. Cheers guys
