Different part numbers for TRX and TDM headers, so no, they probably won't fit.

Tdm also have O2 sensor take off, headers will fit, but downpipes will sit slightly lower that TRX. If you are desperate find a good set of TDM ones and I'll swap my TRX ones for them - collets removed and ZX10 clamps fitted

I was under the impression that there are clearance issues at the aluminium frame section when you tray a TDM system on the TRX, but this would need to be confirmed
