Help ! I recently damaged my left hand across the bottom of all my fingers, severing some tendons etc, I've had surgery but I can see I am unlikely to recover the full use or strength of the fingers which will affect my ability to disengage or control the clutch . Can anybody suggest a way of making the clutch lighter to operate? Different springs? , Hydraulic conversion?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks.

My symphathies,certainly something that makes me shudder when thinking about it. Hope you regain full use.
Hydraulic clutch, I don't know if it would make it lighter, but I will be looking at a car type single sided slave cylinder pushing the actuating arm if I cannot run the clutch cable with an acceptable routing.

if you are in the UK (or outside it as well I expect) have a word with NADB they have a wealth of knowledge on hydraulic conversions and are very helpful.
