Somebody posted a that OVER still sells them overseas (they don't here!).

That's what I would go with if I could find a pair. Till then I'll continue to weld cracks in my SP Tadao pipes...

I was talking to old man Stafford today.
He thinks he still has a set of headers and a collector box from an Over system. I'll be seeing him again later this week, he said he'd have a look through what stock he has.
The headers are not usually available separately.
He has full Over systems in stock, $$$$1,800AUD
Also said that almost all O/S suppliers buy through him, so he nearly always has stock.

I'll visit some time other than lunch hour next time so that I can have a bit of a chat. He reckons there is a track bike out there that they originally built as a racer. His race bike was 108 HP rear wheel.
Best mods to the bike...
#1 Six speed gearbox
#2 Over exhaust system

Dunno where You are in the world, but there's a German company called MAB (http://www.mab-power.de) that make a full system, very similar in specs to the Over. Headers taper out to in two steps, once after the initial bends and once after the crosspipes under the engine. Mit TÜV means they're supposed to be road legal. I havethe racing system, and it's not extremely loud... Unfortunately no pics on their homepage though.

Renegade do big bore headers and obviously Akra as well.

I had some made up for me about 5 years ago by a local engineering firm (I had the dimensions of the Renegade system) - cost me about £200. Way better than stock pipes and nearly as good as an Akra system
