Doing a little research on those who have had input to the head work on my motor and came across this handy link from someone else who had his head flowed by Geoff Chesterton.
Good reading and has a great explanation on how so many factors need to be taken into account.
Points recently touched on about pulse, sound and structure of the molecules are explained in a layman way easy to interpret.
