Well! I'd hoped for 3-4mths to get back on the road. Ok, 8 is only twice as long. At least work is busy... not complaining! 
She's better than before I dropped her now.
• 3 new sets of panels
• new carbon mufflers rebuilt from old set of Staintunes (off project bike bought from Cobba, who bought from Kev ) smaller, lighter & tidier.
• new carbon skin on f'glass belly pan, with dzus fasteners (just in time too! see related post http://www.trx850.com/phpBB_forum/viewt ... =6&t=11118)
• steel alternator guard (instead of lower knobs; keeps the lower-front engine holes free for the abba stand)

Living and breathing again mate.
Looking pretty good and like the idea with the alt. case guard.
