Been meaning to post this for a while now, but being a ludite and relying on mates to drag me into the 21st century, caused some delays.
The main reason for posting is to give huge thanks to dixonj and tzx660 without whose efforts i would still have a dancing chain.
Not only did they source and design the sprocket but got mine machined up for me at their machinist.
I asked a mate to photograph the new sprocket and chain alignment and clearance achieved between chain and swing arm. I dont know how successful the pics are but chain is straight and lines up with the guide.

It's such a relief to know that my chain isn't nibbling away at the swing arm, the rear sprocket restored to proper fitment, clearance everywhere and a straight chain.
Cheers, Andy.

You'd have to speak to either of the fine gentlemen from up north for precise details.
It's a special offset socket from a supplier that is then further modified.
Cheers, Andy.
