A few final touches to do, Belly pan is going to be done at a later date and am going to fit a new petrol cap. Needs a good clean as got a bit of overspray in places, but gives you an idea now of how it looks

Phil is that all done in paint or is there any vinyl in there?

I bought some vinyl to make some stickers for my track bike but so far everything I have tried has looked horrendous

No the lettering was bought from ebay and had a few made up from a local decal company, but all main block colour ie all black orange and white and the thin stripes are painted...... was quite complicated to mask up and took bloody ages to get perfect and symmetrical....... got some spare if you want them

Ah shoot!.... Yeah they are. Black and transparent, they were Â£12.99 from ebay and could be made any colour or there is a bloke in Jarrow and he could probably make some for you......

Things are moving on with the new dash....

First I needed a barrel mount as my yokes don't have one, so decided to put it in the dash

Secondly made a aluminium plate to house all the lights, also moved the engine start and kill switch off of the handle bars

Decided to fit a pair on Kayla's adapters to the rear sets to try and change the riding position, still not sure if it needs to go back a bit further.

This week I also decided to strip the spare engine to have a look what the damage is

Been running a little bit HOT!!

and got 1 lifter cracked and another 2 will not come out

also the casting around the valve seal has broken........doh!

think that means its now scrap.... plan B
