Saddlecraft in South Shields are brilliant, they did the seat for our XJ cafe racer (I think you've seen it on the bike). Your spacer should be ready tomorrow :D

Yes I did see, and I thought it was very good! I will get in touch with them shortly.

If I get time I will pop in and pick up the spacer, if I cant I will pop up on Saturday morning if you are about.
I am prepping for my track day at Cadwell tomorrow :)

Unfortunately it looks like I am going to need a snorkel! :|

Thanks zednine, its getting there very slowly. Am I the only person who has owned a TRX for 2 years and never ridden it?

Nope, not used mine since 2010 and not going to be using it soon either.
Barkin donkey`s giving me all I need just now in biking pleasures, covered 3600 miles in the last month on her alone.
The TRX is a keeper and will be done at my leisure and as my bank account allows it.

Nope - I'm in the same boat - been doing bits on it for some years now - then found no clearances on the inlet valves at 9500 miles

Got another head to go onto it and sometime get it going before the end of the year - had a lot of problems with a lower disc for the past 7 months and can't get bending much

Yep, plan going on Sunday. My old sidecar passenger Iain Bell is coming over from Oz - it's taken him all this time to come back after hanging onto to a chair for 2 seasons and his first time back to East fortune for 25 years!

Update:

Pretty much finished the center box now, and fixed the battery box in place. Just got a couple of holes to drill to bolt the bottom up and vinyl wrap it and its done. Next job is to extend the wiring so it all fits in the right place .

It's starting to look like a bike!

I may get this finished by the end of the month

I was going to ask that question, unfortunately there is nowhere else to put it. I might stick a pc cooling fan on it.

Sorry for editing YOUR post coxylaad but my works computer restricts me on some threads.

YES, a pc cooling fan works fine, seen it done plenty of times on specials, they shift some air those 12v processor cooling fans.
