dash lights

Post by fung » Wed Apr 03, 2013 11:38 am

Awhile back, i tried some 7 bulb leds in the dash cos i had some left over from another project.
They were brighter, but only in parts leaving dull areas.
Just put in some 5 panel leds.
seem to do the trick, better coverage and less dead spots.

Hey that looks nice! 8)
I've put in some blue LEDs but to be perfectly honest it looks rubbish.

I too once fitted LEDs (to a GS125) and couldn't get a decent spread of light. Never again!
'95 4NX with K&N filter, Motad Venom cans, YSS PD valves, Ohlins fork springs, 530 C+S, Green CDI, 11/16 radial master cylinder, +30mm jack up dog bones. Enjoyable money pit.

That's neat... Do they have a ref or something and is a "bolt off bolt on" mod? A couple of mine have gone and reading the dash at night now is tricky...
