R1 fork, Ohlins springs...rate?

So, iÂ´m currently sheding weight and the goal is 80-85 Kg this spring (down 8,3Kg since 3rd Jan)
Guess iÂ´ll be 90 in leathers.
Wich springrate would you go for in a 2003 R1 fork, 9 or 9,5?? Both road and track.
As you may know i was thinking of going cartridge but the swedish SEK has taken a real beating lately (not Iceland style but...)and foreign stuff is really pricey now...
