Without the washer the disc rubbed on one side of the gap,
With a normal,M12 if I remember rightly, washer the disc and gap lined up nicely.

Pretty much,the forks slide straight in to your TRX yokes,but I found I need to put a washer between the calliper and mountings to line uo the disc with the centre line of the callipers.
