300-320mm brake caliper adaptor plates

Does anyone know of anyone who produces a caliper adaptors with 100mm pitch so you can increase front the disc size from 298mm to 320mm??
Doesn't matter if it adapts from the 100mm pitch on the fork mount to accomidate for the extra 20mm disc size to run the std style caliper or if adapted from 100mm to radial caliper mount..
