I know that to truely be a real enthusiast you must display your items of status in your lounge room so that everyone can appreciate them.

I thought after 15 years in a draughty garage it was time to give the old girl a better home

Love your work mate!

I park my pushbike in the hallway, that gets me in enough trouble!

I am not single and she is not completely happy about the lounge ornament but it is also not in our main house.I own a house on a little island about one and a half hours from Melbourne and this is the safest place to leave it when we are not there and in any case I was so happy with the result and I'm the only one of us that can shift it i decided to leave it where it is.There is nothing better than sitting back on the lounge having a beer watching the telly and your bike as well.

Nice one ;) All my bikes are kept in the house ;) Not that I don't have a garage, I just prefer to keep inside :D Like you said, Couch, tv, beer and in the corner of your eye your bike :D
My girl know not to make me choose between her or my bikes ;) she might just come off second best ;)

The superbikes is a fantastic weekend and of course I'll be there but the Island Classic is just as good and much less formal. The pits are for hanging out at and talking to people about their rare and beautiful machinary and they want you to talk to them about their bikes. The racing is close and usually we beat the poms so its all good.I'll probably have a few spare beds that weekend so if you are interested pm me.

Looks like there is a few of us in Melbourne with Trixies. I meet with other bikers at the Custom & Classic Japanese Motorcycle Club, first Tuesday of every month. I have attached a photo of some of the bikes at last nights meet. My TRX is there somewhere. Find us at http://www.ccjmc.org.au or on Facebook.
