A whole lot of hours and even more in Euro`s has gone into that but it`s a compromise, I believe it`s ended up as having a longer wheelbase than a stock TRX which means less flickable.
To be honest I much prefer Yellowrider`s VERY nice SZR660.

Do you still have that gorgeous little SZR? I think I prefer it to the TRX.

still in the family and thanks for the compliments. The szr was also a very successful project but the trx has more ....

It is a trx forum so tr1 do not belong here but I still have the trx
I try every winter an BIKE build.

Especially like the TR1. Only ever saw two of them.I always thought they had a lot of potential but seem to recall reading about reliability issues back in the 80's. (similar to much publicised VF750 cam/cam chain issues)
Could have been a Vincent or Hesketh for the 80's but seemed to fade away with seemingly few mourning their passing.

Am I dreaming this or did Performance Bikes try to do a project TR1.

Whichever way you slice it I just love 4 stroke twins,especially vee's and particularly the one above
