Bumper sticker anyone?

Post by John M » Sat Oct 14, 2006 4:51 am

The thought occurred to me that we could create a bumper sticker to promote both the new site and ourselves as the 'TRX faithful.' You could put it on your 'rex, car, helmet, wherever.
It looks as though for a quantity of 200 (150mm x 50mm vinyl sticker, two colours) they would work out to around a buck (Australian) each plus freight. 500 or more and the price comes down considerably. Postage would be nominal given their size and I'd be happy to coordinate it to your part of the world at cost.
My initial idea was a plain colour sticker, a line of text (something funny/catchy) then the web address at the bottom. A photo could be a possibility too. Open to suggestion and majority opinion.
Whatcha all think?

Sounds like a plan. Maybe the tuning fork logo as well.

How about:

"TRX owners do it every 270 degrees..."

or

"My other toys a what? Never heard of it...."

Our member list should top 10,000 in a couple days...

Seriously though, go for it. How about a good bike size sticker too? Everyone scratches their head when they look at it anyways, maybe it would help them educate themselves. :D

How about some T-shirts

I had the web address printed onto a couple of stickers and this is now on the side of my race fairing - cost a couple of quid delivered from some guy on ebay.

Bear in mind that if you weant to put a sticker on a curbed surface (eg helmet or visor) the decal needs to be curved or it won't look right.
