Stupid question time.
Just got my TRX a couple of days ago and am about to try and fit a ventura luggage rack. Have just been outside in the carport trying to get the job underway by the light of a very poor torch and can't seem to remove the riders seat. Got the pillion seat off no probs and have undone the rear ducktail ready for removal, but can't seem to get the actual riders seat off.
What's the trick? I'd like to think I could work it out if it was daylight, but then again....
seat removal in the dark... help?

Take the pillion seat off, put your hand in the hole somewhere in the middle at the front and you'll see (feel?) a swall L shaped plastic coated catch. pull it towards the back of the bike and the front seat pops off.
The catch is at the back of the front seat, in the middle, so thats the sort of area your's heading for in the 'boot' to find the catch to pull.

Where you've taken the pillion seat off ... put your hand in and aim for where the back of the rider's seat is ... there's a catch there, IIRC you pull it ... then you just lift up the rider's seat
