tuned out TRX!

Post by wiplash » Thu Aug 24, 2006 7:45 pm

Well, i saw it once in lisbon, in a club near the river where all the folks go during the week and i went  when i saw it, 'cause i didn't know what the hell it was. (even now i'm not preatty shure ) but i saw the yamaha engine, the frame and thought "it might be a yamaha trx..." then a guy told me it was a ducati with a yamaha engine on it (the fuker) and with the beers i had by then....what the hell, it could be!

Saw it again last weekend in a bike festival here in portugal and this time i'm preatty shure it's a trx 850,only with a lot of mods on it! the swingarm is from the vfr, the rear is from the MV Agusta and the front optic is from the ktm duke II, that i'm shure!!!

what do you guys think? is it one? does it look nice?!

BTW, here's a video that i like to call..."loud awakening!"

Dunno for sure what it is -- TRXs pretty rare stateside -- but whatever it is, it looks damned sweet to me.

That central part - Tank, Frame and Engine is definitely TRX.

Basically it's a TRX with MV seat unit, VFR swingarm, and whatever forks.

Very nice indeed.

I like the polished engine too.
