I've seen this on ebay -

Is it any good? I've also read that you can fit the dog bones from a YZF 750 and get the similar results.
The reason why i'm interested is i'd like to put a bit more of the bikes weight on to the front wheel. I've read that i can do this by dropping the forks through the yokes but i've tried this and it handles and corners like a piece of shit. Really twichey steering with loads of understeer, and this was only and extra 5mm through the yoke.
I'm no suspension guru but dropping the forks through the yokes buggers up the geometry of the rear (the swing arm would be more horzontal so the wheelbase would be longer) hence you'd need the jack up kit to put the handling right again. The long wheelbase giving me the understeer (maybe?).
So jack the back up with the new dog bones - forks as standard and that should give me more wight in the front, slightly sharper steeing due to the steeper fork angle and tighter turning due the now shorter wheelbase.
Has anyone got this kit or done a similar mod with good results? Does it work? Is it worthwhile? Is it a load of bollocks?
Cheers.
Jack up kit - any good?

Quite a lot of discussion on this already if you the search button, however, IMO 35mm is maybe too much.
On one of my previous TRXs I had a 40mm kit. This made the steering very unstable and also put the linkage into a much harder region. Even with the preload on minimum it was near impossible to compress the shock.
