Plastic bodywork repairs

Has anybody used in the past or present, or know of a firm that repairs the abs plastic bodywork fitted to our trx's or any bike for that matter??
Knew of a firm years ago but cant find the number anywhere, let alone remember the name of them.

Plas Tec in Reading have a good reputation
Any decent paintshop (e.g. Dream Machine) should also be able to repair
However you do it, it aint usually cheap though

AH ha!!! Top drawer, thats the name i had so cheers very muchly.
Just want to get an idea of price but will probably end up doing it ones self.

Done some myself in the past will need to do more
I hate washing my bike on the lawn. Should have got those oggy knobs earlier.......
Ahhh well, I planned a fairing upgrade at some point anyway.

Place round the corner from me does it. I'm sure the advert I saw said £60 a panel.

All im after is a lug repairing on a rear hugger.
Do you have the number or details for the gaff near you mart??

Billy... is it a lug that you can see...? I guess it is otherwise you'd not be asking about refinishing, but something I've used in the past to repair unseen bits of plastic is superglue (crazy glue or cyano - whatever you want to call it) and a sprinkling of baking soda. It doesn't need regulo 5 or anything, but it sticks like sh!t and is a very durable, very hard high-build filler/adhesive...
Best use was on one of those little stubby plug things (technical terminology is something I excel at doncha know...) on the back of panels which plug into little rubber grommetty things on the chassis...

Greg, unfortunately it is a visble lug but ta for the info anyway. Man you made me chuckle with your explantions, thats how it should be if you catch my drift!!

Billy I have some stuff in my garage that you could try. It's a plastic bond. I think it melts the plastic together.
