Further advice sought regarding prospective purchase ......
is it a common practice to change the final gear ratio,(ie chain sprockets I believe)?
The original gear ratio was thought to be too high or low?
The originals are available too.
I like to leave things standard as I trust the all round approach of the design engineers...

Stock gearing is a little tall so one tooth less at the front or a few more on the rear is usual.. personal choice based on riding preferences.
