battery earth set up
One end to battery, short lead to connector and other end of long lead goes where? Can some one tell me . Thanks. Kenbev.

Positive goes to starter relay, negative ( right side of the bike ...throttle/
Brake levers side of the bike ) Goes to earth which bolts to one of the top sump case bolts.
This bolt quite often allows water down beside the bolt due to the earth strap ring connector under it and will be prone to snapping if not careful.
