I made mine 95mm long, then drilled 4 holes near the top (N S E W) about 6mm diameter to suit a sawn off 6" nail tommy bar.
Also filed serrations around the top edge to help get finger tip grip when trying to turn it.
Works for me but I still want to kick the arse of the little Japanese guy who designed the frame and put a cross piece directly over the spark plugs !!

Rubber side down, Red side up is my preferred riding style.

That little Japanese guy had no problem getting his skinny double jointed wrist into that space.
I think he's the same guy who shoe-horned the boxer engine into the Subaru. Changing plugs on that was about as much fun as the TRX.
The original TRX tool kit plug spanner is 123mm long.
