New main jets

New main jets

I order two one size down main jets. What has arrived is a physically smaller jet same thread size Can I still use these??

If it's the same thread and the right ID hole then the smaller head size is the only problem. It does look a lot smaller.
Can you get it to seal against the o-ring? (assuming there is actually an o-ring, there should be)

Go to micuni jets,, the one I've been sent is N102
The ones in my carbs are N100
It's 8 mm base to hold the brass clip that also holds in the other jet.. the n102 hold the clip in also??

Mikuni sizes are measured by flow rate and most others size by dimension - no comparison

I have been told the spray pattern is not the same for the N102, but it is not a train-smash.....also have them in.
I presume you talking about the "starter Jet" which holds the main jet in place? The Square-round rubber seal is under the Main jet which has no size markings.
