Damper rod red plastic spacer

Post by Bmp776 » Mon Sep 05, 2016 5:53 am

Hi all,

Recently pulled apart my forks to put emulators in however leaving the parts at work someone managed to knock one of these things from its home and it probably ended up in the bin!

Basically I need to buy a replacement however the parts diagrams don't give a part number so now I'm concerned I can't get one unless one of you guys have one layin around!

Any idea what the part number is?

If not has anyone got any kicking around?

I don't have a "red plastic spacer" in mine - can you take a picture of the other leg and show which part you mean?

The little red ring that sits towards the end of the damper rod. Presumably to centre the thing in the stanchion tube. I'll take a picture tomorrow if it's really required, Its an obvious little thing sitting in a groove in the damper rod!
