I expect this will be the first of many daft questions .. My engine for rebuild project turned up today .. And my daft Q is where do I find the starter motor ... Just trying to work out what I will need to see if starts.. But I cant seem to see it

It's underneath the motor, towards the rear - just forward of the output shaft.
