So the answer to my PM question is they will be good to go as std with the 1mm over sized valves yes?

Yes I feel radial clearance will be OK with the 1mm oversize valves.
You will always want to check your own piston/valve clearance as head gasket thickness and any material removed from head/ barrels all come into play and may differ from mine.

No issues at all with radial clearance and 1mm oversize valves with more than ample clearance.

Ok another order has been put inplace for 12:1 878 pistons with 1 pair sold and 1 pair left.
I got Arias to match the std TRX piston/pin/rings weight on this run of pistons so no need even think about rebalancing the crank. Just rebore and bolt in place.
I found more than ample piston/valve and radial clearance running 1mm oversize Valves and extra 0.43mm lift on the cams.

Remember Over Racing commissioned Arias to make their 12.75:1 868 pistons and they ran 2 mm oversize valves too so more than likely why clearance is not an issue.
I found squish was no issue either with 0.3 mm to spare (0.012") over the 1mm minimum spec from Arias.

Ok I've put together another rebuild kit with the Arias pistons, 1 x new OEM Yamaha cam chain and 1 x tensioner gasket, 10 x valve guide seals, 1 x top cam cover gaskets, 4 x spare seals for the cam cover bolts and the 2 o rings for your oil filter cover.
1 x re enforced oversize 878 head gasket to suit.
There are cap head screws for the manifold clamps and std carbies ( bowl and top ) too.
All you will need is the base gasket and 2 o rings
$970 with shipping within Oz

Ok Pistons have arrived a couple of weeks ago and all bar 1 pair left.
The lucky last pair and with my focus shifting elsewhere , this will be the last pair I will bring into the country.

There is a dozen hot TRX's getting around and with these Pistons fitted so to the 7 forum members who bought them, enjoy.
I purchased a couple of spare sets of rings and clips In this last order and shall keep them aside purely for a little after sales service to the forum guys.

I'm afraid fellas you'll have to do the hard yards yourself from now on and organise your own as I change my focus to other challenges.
