Not a stroker, but another of my projects from that era.
Home made frame/tank/seat, Koni formula 3 shock.(years before a monoshock road bike was available). Superbike spec head, bonny cams, z650 cam buckets and shims, factory close ratio gearbox, 34mm Amal mk11 carbs, home made single fire electronic ignition, MTC 1200cc kit, home made remote pickup oil pump, home made exhaust system, 128 rwhp on a conservative dyno. Home made cast iron front discs and plasma sprayed alloy rear disc, magnesium wheels cast /xrayed/machined at the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation from patterns supplied by Pommy Pete Allen. Front end was Ducati yokes and sliders with KX500 stanchions and home made damper rods, TZ350 tacho. My only transport for 7 years, travelled most of the Eastern side of Australia and totally reliable. If only my bosses in the aircraft industry knew what I was up to.

Very nice.

MTC, they`ve stood the test of time eh? Still making quality kit today:
http://www.mtceng.com/mtcproducts/products
So aircraft industry background then Lenny, I`m guessing that tank / seat unit is made from an aircaft grade alloy then?
Bonny cams, are you meaning the same lift and duration as Triumph Bonneville cams?

Tank/seat is fibreglass with fuelproof rubber liner. Cams are Yoshimura Bonneville grind.
