A Keihin FCR how-to?

Perhaps slightly off-topic, but....

Just out of interest, what sort of fuel consumption do the FCR41s have?

I accept that more power usually equals more fuel used.

So.....do TRXs with FCRs do about 20 miles to the gallon?

Or is their design such that they dont guzzle too badly?

I get great economy with my 41's. Almost 300 km's out of 15 litres on a run (premium ULP). Economy doesn't seem to alter greatly at any speed either. Put it down to more precise fuel metering.

Whereas my economy fell a bit (but not hugely)

I get maybe 130 miles to a tankful if I'm being very nice - trackdays about 100 - normal use 115 to reserve
