Gotta agree - it is a nice clean bike
My motor is showing signs of age and track abuse so needs soem TLC. I don't do polishing due to crappy salty roads in the UK and because I'm bloody lazy! I do have plans for shiny bits though
Probably going to clean the motor up and then decide but I will probably paint the casings as well

what are you using to paint the casings with???
I just painted my head and barrels with the brush on black from halfords and it looks good but am not to keen to go any further as i do not want brush marks. is there any where i can get eng. enamal in a spray can in the UK. i used to sell vht back in NZ. is there any one who sells it in the uk if not, is hammer rite ok for the job. has any one got experence with it on engines for heat and petrol, oil resistance.
Is it Brock friendly???

Sperex engine enamel is excellent
I am using Halfords engine enamel in a rattle can because it matches the colour almost perfectly. Only problem with spray is masking or dismantling
Look for engine enamel rather thatn VHT paint which, IMHO, always produces a crappy finish
