High mileage TRX?
Comments regarding oil issues have worried me about buying a TRX. Are there high mileage examples around?

Re: High mileage TRX?
I've not had mine long and my thoughts are similar to the aging woman syndrome - 'if something has an issue that with a bitta TLC can manage who cares.' Mines got 100,000 on the clock (bike not wife) and not a rattle or clang, starts first and every time and gives me old back and knees gyp. There are others here that dwarf that mileage figure.
Cheers

120,000 and there's always oil left in the 1litre bottle I use to top up with between changes.

Re: High mileage TRX?
I saw the clocks change over at 100.000 kays which was impressive...only changed to my 98 motor because of a bit noisey third gear..thats all..i still hear its going strong...ive a 60.000 something on this motor...except to the trick to oiling them, they are bullet proof ....wheelies, burnouts....just service them well.ritza wrote:mines a 96 with 90k on the clock
