Think it's going to take some sorting to get the fuelling straight!!

From what I have read the Air fuel ratio should only be 14.7:1 for light cruising and around 13.3:1 for hard acceleration as at 14.7:1 the combustion is too hot, although 14.7 is correct for complete combustion I didn't want to be melting anything.

You won't be seeing (or wanting) stoiciometric under full acceleration on a dyno! More around the 13 : 1 or richer as Mad suggests - 12.5 is more the norm for maximum performance in these conditions.
14.7 (lamda1) is what you'd expect under steady load and as weak as 15ish for cruise.

The dyno print out shows too lean throughout the range - I'd be looking at main jet size and dialing in the cams (slotting the sprocket holes) to get the timing spot on after skimming the head.

Remember that 14.7 : 1 is the stoiciometric ratio by mass - in reality (by volume) its nearer 30,000 : 1 - in other words 30,000 litres of air to 1 litre of petrol, hence the HOOOOGE roar in the induction box 8)

I'm sure I'd roar if I'd a pod filter under my helmet............................. :?
