To that end what better colour than Red with a white frame.........

and now this choice is totally vindicated by the new Edwards replica Arai lid, a thing of beauty indeed!

So Arai followed my choice: A Chaser with the CE-design 8)
(Up to now I knew only a RX7 Corsair available with the CE-legend-design so I had my Chaser painted last winter)

And now also the question for the best color scheme has its answer ...  8-[
Though as a stock paint scheme I like the red with white frame and wheels very much!

Responded greetings from Munich!

I will never understand why hiding the beautiful and special trellis frame (= painting it black) is an option :?
Na Holer!

I like a nice glossy, black lacquer with a bit of platinum thrown into the mix. Nicely understated.

Ok Ok Ok :D :D

Thanks heaps guys for the suggestions...I am leaning towards something along the lines of Kayla's initial suggestion....

I think I must explain...I am rebuilding my bike in a streetfighter mould so am looking for a sinister but understated colour scheme - hence being interested in solid colours (ie no airbrushing - looks poxy).

Re: 'Holer's' comment about 'hiding' the frame....This is not what I am looking for so much (I think the trellis frame is beautiful) and hence my original thoughts were to subtly highlight this as gunmetal againt black fairings.

I am also looking to keep my engine original silver so this would preferably complement and suggested colour schemes.

Last but not least....Tarwetijger...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post up that page that you used - that would be very very helpful (not very good a photoshop 8-[ )

Cheers for the suggestions so far...keep them coming (with photos where possible  )
Understeer - when you hit the fence with the front of the bike.
Oversteer - when you hit the fence with the rear of the bike.
Horsepower - how fast you hit the fence.
Torque - how far you take the fence with you.

Yeah, I could use those pics too! :D

I agree on the gun metal frame - if I had to repaint mine, that's probably what I'd go for.

Haha...yeah well we all have our own taste's, that's what makes us and our bikes individual. But it would be safe to say that all here would agree that the TRX is an excellent machine and provides an awesome foundation if one wishes to tinker and personalise theirs 8) 8)

On that note, thanks for the suggestions (even the knocks :? ) and keep 'em coming. Those that know how to use photoshop, feel free to justify your statements if the colour scheme is your 'in the future' project.

Cheers
