Cam chain tensioner

Did a search, but couldn't find anything. How do I change this?? Pics would help! Ta very much like!!!!!!

download the manual and read it carefully,,, this can go horribly wrong if your not careful ,, but its an easy job ,, why do you want to change it ??

I think mine is a bit "rattley" got the manual already. Any idea what page it's on??!!
